We were not informed on time of the diversion to pick other passengers from a faulty bus. I missed my flight because of this and ended paying $800 for a new flight. A very bad customer service.

EBus is a great service. The buses are clean and comfortable. The drivers friendly and helpful. They have wifi service. I like that there are seatbelts which I have never seen on buses before.
