Ontario Northland User Reviews
Ontario Northland receives praise for providing a generally good travel experience. However, some users have reported consistent delays in reaching destination points and occasional issues with bus temperature control. Additionally, there were instances of unclear guidance regarding connecting buses, leading to confusion among passengers about ticket recognition and additional charges.
I took a trip from Toronto to Sudbury on the Ontario Northland after a very large snowstorm over the weekend of February 16. I was a little nervous because I walk with a cane and I was travelling alone. The bus driver was very kind helped me up the stairs and with my bags And put everyone at ease with several jokes about his driving. He got us to Sudbury in good time being very careful of the road conditions. He put us all at ease. It was a very good trip. I would recommend using Ontario Northland!

The ride is good! It just a little late in the pick up point.this is my first time to travel so i dont know where i can find my connecting bus going to terminal 1 and i gently ask the driver where i can find the connecting bus “she reply i dont know”it feels like it rude the way she express his words! I find the connecting bus going to terminal 1 and i show my ticket but they don't recognize it they dont have any idea about the connecting ride!so i need to pay again to ride a bus going to terminal 1

I enjoyed everything about my trip to Yorkdale. Except, there was a lot of traffic that wasn’t ideal.

The bus was late in departing from the 407 terminal. Most likely from heavy traffic. All in all the ride was fine. It was just the traffic on highway 11 that was slow. I am kind of surprised that the Perry sound bus goes to Orillia. It seems out of the way, and the Huntsville bus can easily and more conveniently go to Orillia. I suppose there are passengers from Orillia that wish to go to Perry sound and Sudbury.

Bus was about 20 minutes late getting in to Pembroke but overall it was a good trip

It left on time from union, everything went smoothly and the driver was nice and helpful.
