It would be a great bus ride if it wasn't during a pandemic. Staff were great and the bus was on time. However, it seems like anyone is allowed on the bus even though they are coughing and visibly sick.
It was really cold in the bus. I was riding at night and very loud and long announcements were making it impossible to sleep. It was only 5 people on the bus, so maybe announcements could be less loud and less frequent
The bus trip was as good as possible , considering there is no other option for public transportation. I will always prefer the train or a real express bus. there should be a real express bus, not one that takes 5 1/2 hrs, that is NOT an express.
The bus was clean and spacious. Seats were comfortable and the ride was relatively quiet. The outlets worked but the wifi was not. I asked the driver about it and he didn't seem to do much about it. Not the end of the world but if it's an advertised feature it should be working.
I love the bus which is very comfortable and the driver was fantastic and looked out for everyone's needs. He was very caring and interacted with passengers at the rest point ensuring each one got back on board by reiterating the alloted time. Always happy to assist
The driver was extremely rude to me and others. He made me go and pay for another bag even though I didn’t need to and didn’t acknowledges his mistake. He also drove off with another lady’s bags and didn’t let her get them off
Overall I had an alright experience. The first bus I was supposed to take from North Bay Regional Health Center to the North Bay terminal was an hour and a half late which caused me to miss my second bus from the terminal to Toronto. Luckily when I called the problem was easliy solved and the driver of the Toronto bus came back to get me which was very nice and helpful.
Every thing was perfect , the only issue was less than halfway through the trip the Wi-Fi stopped working , it's a very long trip and Wi-Fi is much needed to watch movies etc without the extra expense of paying for data usage .
My trip was a good experience. The driver was very competent and I felt safe. The bus was clean and a good temperature. The story changed when I got to Yorkdale, where I was horrified by the lack of accessibility. Ridiculous.
Great trip. The bus arrived at Yorkdale at exactly 17:15 as it was scheduled. The bus was clean with enough space. The WiFi worked well and I managed to sleep for a while. This trip was also very suitable for my 8 years old son.
