When I got off at my station, I realized that I had forgotten my hat in the bus and ithad already left. I phoned the Intercape call center and was helped by a very professional and kind gentleman called Sonwabile Jikwa. He moved heavens and earth to ensure that my request for the hat to be dropped off in Bloemfontein was fulfilled.

The assistant driver was very nice, always asked if we were still good and also made sure that the air-con wasn’t too cold and friendly. But our bags were not handled properly. It is damaged and my things spilled out like my hair sprays. Where’s with other bus the bag got to Durban still in good condition.
