Disaster trip. One driver, that's not safe. We stopped in 5 different stations but we were told it was an express, we will stopped once. I was supposed to disembark at 05H25 but we only reached my destination at 06H55. I had to start at 07H30 at work. Too much radio noise at night. I don't blame the driver because he was alone trying to stay awake

Trip was ok but we lost luggage because there were no stickers and I believe the drivers might have left it in a different station than mine because it wasn’t stolen, they told us to come get it the next day. Only to find that it gone to their head office and they didn’t inform us that they were shifting it. Eagle liner should really be careful with people’s luggage honestly.

The trip took almost 10 hours instead of 8, because the operator kept on going through different routes for pick ups, inside different towns and also drop offs, worst of it was when we as women got blamed for the blockage of the toilet
