The toilet had a dissatisfying smell and smelt almost half the bus. The bus kept stopping at random places and the overall trip was delayed by 2 hours. I was very dissatisfied with this experience.

The gate was late, it arrived at 10h45 and it wasnt intercape as booked, then it broke down while at the station and we left only at 11h45. Then the bus broke down again in Volkrust for 2 hours and delayed us heavily. Arrived at 1am - it is not safe for SAn women to be stuck in Midrand at 1 in the morning. Intercape needs to do better, we paid in full for this trip and would like to know what compensation is being offered for this major inconvenience
Passengers have praised the punctuality and friendliness of drivers, as well as the overall cleanliness of buses. However, several reviews highlight discomfort due to limited legroom and lack of charging facilities or toilets on board. Some users also mentioned issues with bus maintenance such as leaks and non-functioning doors or air conditioning systems.
I only loved that charging spots were available and working and there was a fan when we needed it most. The toilet was smelling all the way and the bus was dirty, and stuffy.

Very poor service, time changed a bus of 10:10 left at 09:20 and the staff members were very rude in explaining that.
