I loved that I was atleast 15 minutes earlier
But after a person complained to intercape that the drivers are not making stops for them to refresh etc….the driver then took his anger out of everyone…after East London stop we only stopped in kokstad we didn’t stop at Mthatha and even worse East London stop toilets were closed and we didn’t buy food.
We were hungry and had full bladders…yes there’s toilet in the bus but it had started smelling and infections is a real thing…
We did try stop the passenger the second who provoked the driver but we all didn’t deserve such…no matter please can the drivers be considerate and keep their cool, not threaten us always stay professional…and we will try to always co operate cause w did but we can’t hold a big man’s mouth to shut up as well…I’ve been taking intercape and big sky only had a problem with big sky where it broke down and delayed…but other than that 2 years going all over the province, intercape has been the best but what I experienced yesterday into this morning haiii very bad I was disappointed
