It was the worst inconvenience I ever experienced, the bus arrived an hour later than the expected time and it got broken on the way, I missed a flight at King shaka, I had add money for the next flight. I will never ever use intercape in my life and I will share my experience with friends colleagues and family so that they never risk using this bus again

I was supposed to depart at 6pm and the bus arrived at 21:10 in Kokstad.. it was 3hours late . I booked mainliner but I don’t even know the type of the bus arrived, it was not mainliner.

But the temperature was not controlled, such that the coach was stuffy and hot inside, with high risk of contracting communicable airbone diseases.
