Bus from Cape Town to East London: Tickets & Schedules

The service was very poor, no communication, instead of 12:20pm arrival time we arried 15:30pm, with no communication, we where never told the car was leaking diesel, the driver made very bad communication asking me a hate question for when im i living to my country when i asked him to reduce the heater abit because i was seating next to it. I was very uncomfortable. Unprofessional manner.

The bus got stuck in Gqeberha and we had to wait there. We travelled more than 20 hours

The seats are very comfortable, that's why I slept very well in the bus.The drivers were also very friendly and respectful

Intercity express is the worst but ever. Close to 24 hours stuck on the road and we could see other intercity express busses empty but no help.

When I entered the bus, there was this awful smell of urine and imagine we're still in Cape Town going to East London. The smell became stronger on the seats and the white doylies on the headrest were dirty. Either than that the driver's drove beautifully and we arrived on time. They were so respectful and communicated each and every stop. Big ups to those old man.

The service was good, but the people at the back were putting music in their phones without headsets and I struggled to sleep, there was no monitoring concerning that matter.

The bus it's self was In a bad condition the windows was broken the was air coming

It is the most unreliable bus I have ever gotten on. The driver was a nightmare that had no single concern for commuters. He once expressed at some point that he was even willing to get into a physical fight with us.

The bus left me at the bus station I did n pi t travel. When I went to tell the other apm bus driver that we're there they just looked at me crying and said they can't help... I'm very disappointed and my money was wasted, I am never booking that bus again

It was very bad the driver was so rude he even stopped the bus and asked us to come and drive when we complained about the way he was overtaking.The bus was not clean it was stinking and there was a cold air that was entering at the back

There's nothing I didn't enjoy it was clean and the drivers were accomodative the only that made the bus cold was that there was an open window/emergency door , do I'd recommend they check everything before letting people in otherwise it was warm and safe I got home earlier than the estimated time , thank you eagliner💋🤣

Bus did not arrive at all. Tried to call the number for Flexi City Connect, but there was no reply. I could not get an alternative bus to East London, as it was already after 19:00. Very, very dissatisfied. Would not book with Flexi City Connect ever again.

I didn't enjoy anything their services are very poor from organizers to drivers they are rude to passengers

I had such a terrible traumatic experience,I paid my laguage online,they threatened to leave me ,caused a scene ,threatened to shoot me because I stood up for my self,what a rude and unprofessional starf

The bus was suppose to live at 6pm but got deleted we stood the for an hour no explanation no nothing

The service was poor, got over charged for my 1 suitcase, the bus had no heater and it was extremely late.

1.The toilet was locked the driver says it's blocked and he didn't stop to give us a break to go and pee , when we ask him to stop for us at garage he always stop on the road so that we can pee on the ground 2.The bus was very cold no heater when we ask he ignore us no explanation 3.The bus arrived late on my destination, because we wasted time in Queens town they where doing swap and change with other bus after we waited for a long time for only God knows why because the people of swap where already inside, until we complain that's when we left So all in all my trip was horrible and the driver was rude because some of the things he should have explain to us not ignore us

The bus was just in a terrible state they were cockroaches which was very disturbing

Enjoyed the drive,Drivers are professional, respectful however the seat of the client infront of me was too inclined and she did not want to tilt forward a bit ,saying her comfort will be compromised while mine was infringed, there fore was squashed the whole 16hours from Cape Town To East London

I loved the fact that the bus was early at pickup point. I didn't like the fact that the bus was cold through out the night.

My experience with Big Sky was generally positive. I appreciated the friendly and communicative drivers, who made the journey enjoyable. The driving itself was smooth, and I liked the bus features, especially the air conditioning, which worked well throughout the trip. However, I was disappointed with the delay. The bus was scheduled to arrive at 19:30 and depart at 19:45, but it was delayed until 20:45 without any prior communication. This lack of updates was frustrating. Overall, I enjoyed the ride and look forward to seeing improvements in communication for future trips.

Sits of the bus are too small and there's no space in front of the chairs to relax your feet. And the bus was late we were not notified.

Overall journey was good but departure was an hour delayed from projected time of 19:00

We slept in the station waiting for a bus that was supposed to arrive at 7 pm it arrived at 11am still on the way, the attitude they gave us 😩, Poor service windows are not closing properly I will never recommend this bus to anyone I know it’s cheap but don’t

The first bus got stuck at worster and we had to wait for another bus to come from cape town. The bus arrived with people leaving others without chairs. The bus was leaking and we arrived wet at our destination with our luggage wet

there's no order and they don't care much about the passengers first driver ran away on Friday night saying he doesn't know way out of Cape Town to East London left us stranded. I'm so disappointed in them I don't wish anyone to experience what I've experienced 😭😭

The trip was very bad, got stuck for hours and hours we missed out on things we were actually traveling for, shuttles arrived late and they never wanted to deliver us to our homes because of their bus being stuck and shuttles arrived late, we couldn’t find taxi’s going home. I’m very much disappointed 😢.

We had to switched busses in Graaff Reinett and then then people were moving out of the bus while my partner and I didn't know what was happening. Then we got seats at the back of the bus which was absolutely disgusting cause every time the toilet was flushed the smell was horrendous making me sick to my stomach and the USB charging points was not working at all.

Very very poor service 😡my trip was suppose to be 6pm, it left too hours late. Departure was 8:40am but at 15pm am still far away to get to my departure. The drivers who do not know the route with assistant who claims he's not uLula employee. Very dissatisfactry service I would never refer or recommend it to anyone. The bus was supposed to depart at 8 but it departed at 8. The drivers were using GPS for directions which delayed us. I was supposed to have arrived at 9:30 only to arrive at 3pm. Never again will I book Ilula bus.

I didn't enjoy anything. The bus was supposed to leave at 6pm in cape town and it left at 00:00. The but kept on stopping on the way as it kept on breaking down and a bus that was meant to arrive at 09:00 in east london arrived at 23:30. They didn't even arrange transport for us to cover the inconvenience.
