Bus Tickets from Malelane to Johannesburg

The toilets were smelling so bad, and I was coerced to sit next to them in order to accommodate a mother and her child

The bus is very spacious and convenient as it has toilets inside. The drivers also were helpful in assisting with allocating seats as I had a 4 year old and we couldn't sit apart therefore they made away for us to seat together. It's been a great journey.

My first time experience with intercape was awesome, the driver and his assistant were very helpful and considerate, the bus was comfortable and clean and the bus was exactly on time

I waited two & half hours before arrival of the bus. I made several attempts to get hold, (both email & telephone)of client services with no success. The bus don't match the price I paid. I was shivering all the way till I reach my destination. With what I experienced, I'll never recommend the bus to anyone

The bus was late and no one inform us.but I like your driver is a professional driver no matter the road is visible less than 50km

I didn't like it at all, the bus couldn't get on time, it took it almost three hours to arrive at the station I and when I called they kept lying to me that the bus is coming for the next three hours

The bus was supposed to arrive at JHB at around 14h50 but when it was 14h50, it was still in pretoria and I missed my flight to cape town, I am very disappointed with the service

The bus was on time from malalane but didn't keep the arrival time in johanesburg it was late with one hour 45 minutes

I was travelling from Malelane to OR tambo airport to catch my flight at 3 pm and i was supposed to be at the airport at 2:15. Unfortunately after reaching pretoria at 1:45 i was kept waiting with no communication what we were waiting for, for about an 1 hour of waiting. Untill i missed my flight. I had to pay R1060 to book onother flight. Im really disappointed. I dont see my self ever travelling with Big Sky.
