Bus Tickets from Cape Town to Butterworth

Was good we just forgot the bag inside the bus the time we departure in Butterworth colour red and white n blue only with cooked food

I travelled with Intercape Mainliner on 14 Feb.2025 from Cape town to Butterworth and I enjoyed the journey, the bus was on time and the driver was very friendly.

Dissatisfied, I booked a Intercape Budgetliner bus and the bus left me because apparently the bus was BigSky Intercity and the bus left.

My personal experience was great, the staff was communicative and provided us with great service. The bus was a bit late but we made it on time. the only negative thing was the unbearable smell from your toilet, pls do use chemicals or uMadubhula to clean your toilet, that smell is really not nice and those are long hours.

Very dissapointed with the poor service, still on the way of which the bus was supposed to arrive at 8 Never again with their bus

Arrived late at pick up point,broke down shifted to another bus,then shifted to a taxi to final destination, still enroute to final destination

The trip was awful from the beginning in Cape Town, busses delayed for about 5 hours and we were told after we waited there for a long time,the stuff was annoyed when we asked about the delays they started shouting at passengers, the experience was not good at all

The bus arrived 3 hours late it was a small bus we were standing in the bus as it was full,it stopped at brackenfell for some strange reasons for hours then We got transferred to another bus in Worcester.again in Queenstown the bus stopped we had to involve police then we were again transferred to a quantum worse journey i have ever had it is 16:00 now still not home yet

The bus was supposed to departure from cape town at 18:00 but we had to wait until 21:00. The APM but dropped us in East london. It's 16:00 nw we are still in a taxi to Butterworth. Zero communication again from APM. Never take this bus

The bus was suppose to arrive in Butterworth at 11:25 instead we arrived at 15:00.

Terrible bus don't have heater we were cold the whole night,we still on road since last night 6pm bus broke twice in this trip I would not recommend to anyone 😔

Everything was fine execpt the bus didn't seem like it was cleaned from its previous trip, the were cocroaches

Bus was on time I liked that and the service was great 👍

They came very late and unapologetic about it with a sprinter and not a bus🤦🏻‍♂️

The only thing that need to be improved is the times bus was supposed to 17.30 but it came at 19.00 although the lady called me I was still cross because I have to drive home very late 😢bus is excellent and the drivers

If the bus can keep the time of departure and toilet facilities on all of their couches

Poor service 😢 The bus was 2 hours late, with no updates. The toilet was dirty 😫 they only stopped once.. I would never travel with their bus again 🙄

Bus left an hour later than schedule. It was also not in good condition - rain made its way inside the bus.

It was awesome the service with the drivers was super good and hygiene in the bus was 100%, also the bus made gathering arrival it was earlier than the expected to arrive at Butterworth which was good.

As we were facing strike on Thursday i could not go to capetown, so what i did i had to go to the nearest location which is stock road and i have to pay R300 extra as i was using same mavumisa

As much as the bus was clean and staff was friendly. I think that it is very important to communicate when the bus is late. I waited for the bus in Capt Town no one knew if the bus is coming until 7

Everything was good apart from delayed

I was very disappointed when I arrived at Joe Gqabi bus station without a bus present and there was no communication if it wasn't with other bus companies staff who tried by all means to help me out I would have missed my trip. However, the guy from mini mobile couldn't provide proper assistance because the minibus that carried us asked for R900 more which Zwayi from mini mobile bus said he cannot afford he then asked me to pay half and he'll pay another half (R450) which was unplanned but I had to make a plan for the trip to be successful. I really felt very bad.

Did not arrived waited at the bus station the whole night no response from them even today. I want my money please
