Bus Tickets from Mount Frere to Johannesburg

Well.. I’m not happy at all.. the bus ibingena umoya and I ask the driver and her told me theres nothing they can about that.. I have to change sits .. I was so cold.

The drivers,drove well in a bad weather. But I didn't enjoy the fact your buss does not have a toilet and it only have 2stop for us to relieve our selves.

The bus broke along the way after Kokstad. Another bus took long to arrive 3/4 hours. Even now my mom and my son are still on the way. It’s now 11:00 am.

I bought the ticket , there was no bus. I was stranded at a waiting station as a women in the night

Journey was ok but no light no charging nothing on a dim bus from Mount frere to johannesburg

Very Disappointing bus never came and my guys slept at a petrol station. The service provider changed the bus and did not notify me

It was fine just that your bus was too cold...no heater...i have flue as we speak

Bus arrived late kept making unnecessary stops and not communicating why with us the passenger, I hated the entire journey

The bus broke down in Heidleburg which shows lack of maintenance n that this company cares very little about their customers

The bus arrived full before even the diputure we had to stand till the next time and then from there they took us out of the bus to onother it was just a mess

Unfortunately I didn't get to experience anything because I booked citiliner bus I was not told that the bus that was coming was coming was Greyhound so I missed it because I was waiting for citiliner I am not happy at all

The bus was on time n very clean.the driver was rude when there asking for a heater,he said they call the call centre.

Very terrible, was expecting a Citiliner bus but apparently Greyhound came and I was never told about it. The bus left me at the bus stop

Bus arrived so late with many unnecessary stops. Drivers were rude and the toilet was so smelly.

To tell me to use my own money to board to another location while we agree with my current location

The bus doesn't stop at Mount Frere and that is not even communicated. Bus exchanged us to another bus in the middle of nowhere, I had so much luggage and traveling with a baby

It's very disappointing me because I booked ticket for my auncle from mount frere to Johannesburg driver didn't stop the bus just drive through to next town and my auncle take taxi to there spend more money

The is nothing I enjoyed on that bus unfortunately first thing the bus was lately 90 minutes but atleast we were informed 15min before by an sms but still after 90minute the bus didn't arrive we were supposed to leave by 17:15 but we left 19:30, the bus was khalamazu something very horrible bus and the drivers not even friendly Godness me I will never book this bus again...than God we arrived safely

The driver insisted that our names were not on the list whilst we stood outside on the rain, and he played loud music the whole night….They didn’t even want to open the luggage cage for us to put our bags.

The bus was okay and the drivers were friendly there only thing that I didn't like was that they romoved my 4 year old from the chair and I was told that she will sit on top of me and I payed a full price for her

The bus never arrived and we were never informed we had to stay at dispatch from 16:00 until in the morning
