Everything was excellent from customer service desk to the drivers. The only thing I didn't like, when they gave me those slips, they never explain to me that they gave the bus nr from those slips, I nearly missed the bus, while I arrived @ 16:00 pm at park station. But by God's grace I didn't miss it.

There was absolutely nothing to enjoy about the trip, what irritated me worse was your selfish employees, they made me pay R150 for extra luggage but along the way people had more luggages than mine but they didn't pay a penny, to a point the luggage compartment was full some passengers had to board with their luggages. I'm never using intercity again in the near future good luck with your old buses.

The condition of the bus is very bad, the charging ports are not working. It kept breaking down and it was a scary experience because this happened at night until early morning. This was going to be my first time with this bus but instead when I got to the station they gave us Luvalo bus and nothing was explained as to what has happened and why was the bus changed.
