Hi sir/madam I was very appreciative my trip the only little problem was the passengers door it wasn't on good condition, please help us to fix it to be honest your driver's they are humble and friendly gentlemen.
It is bad, dirty, delayed, took unplanned routes, wipers not working and bus lights were not working properly for traveling at night putting passengers lives in danger and heater was not working properly, taking customers for granted.
The bus came to the departure point early and left 25min before the departure time.
Called the call center I went after the pass and found it in qumbu and luckily the call center called the driver's and I found the bus leaving but it stopped and the driver's came out and started insulting me for being late and the other driver grabbed me by my bag when i was already on the bus 3rd step and he told me to get out pulling my bag so hard that I almost fell i was very disappointed 😥
I had a very bad experience with Intercape in March - my suitcase was stolen from the luggage hold right in front of the driver before departure - this time I kept my bag on top of me in the bus. I complained to Intercape about the lack of security and they replied with a very cold email, not taking any responsibility.
I had the most horrible experience, no toilet on the bus, no garbage bags, curtain windows sooo dirty and stinking, bus was extremely late in Johannesburg park station, i ended not going to work, drivers never bothered ro explain to us why the bus was late.
Customer was poor at Umtata, it was raining but drivers didnt care, they delayed getting people inside the bus instead the attitude was bad towards passangers especialy bfrom the White old man. improove customer service
Intercape drivers are very rude and unprofessional. Yesterday's bus had a tyre punch in Kokstad, we were stuck there for more than an hour. Then after they finally fixed the tyre. The bus lost the route to Johannesburg, we found ourselves in the bushes of umzimkulu. That driver was literally gambling with our lives. Not to mention the packing of the luggages. Everything was just a nightmare
