The bus that I booked didn't come, we had use a different bus and there was no explanation given. We had to wait almost four hours in Mountfree for a bus coming from Mthatha to fetch passengers that were supposed to be in our bus from Qumbu. I had a horrible experience!!!
Bus arrived on time to depart. Little did I know it’s faulty! It was moving 20km per hour. I took over a day to arrive. The heater wasn’t working well and smelt terribly. The bus was old with small bus seats and no arm rests. There were no charging pots. No windows. I wouldn’t recommend this bus it’s the same as delta or APM- just terrible service
it had a toilet that’s all that was good about it. smelly toilet. and nothing express in it: it stopped everywhere

The bus was not the one I booked and the communication to that was only sent 2 hours later from the boarding time. There were no charging ports on the bus.

The service is horrible. We were told the bus was full and had to wait for another 1hour. Eventually when we started the journey, the bus died in Queenstown and we were transferred to StaBus which is basically a school bus. The drivers are very rude. Eagle liner is horrible.
Time management is what needs to be improved,the bus arrived an hour and 30 minutes late which resulted to late arrival to our final destination
My experience was terrible and i the price i paid wasn’t worth the quality and service. The seats smelled like pee, there were cockroaches by the windows, the bus came so late, my ticket was for 13:30 and we boarded at 3 cause it arrived then

It's disappointing and it's not supposed to be used by people. It is not reliable at all. The bus never came to Umtata, I had to go to Queenstown and find the bys there.
