Very bad customer service, firstly the toilet was not working and there was no charging place…we had to wait for like an hour for someone who was over booked..
There were too many transfers between different busses which can confuse a person and lead them to taking the wrong bus. The bus endes up taking 16 hours instead of 12 to reach destination. The toilet was smelling of strong pee the whole journey. Nothing about the bus provided a good experience.

I was unhappy that the departure time delayed by 2 hours, I also did not like the fact that we had to change buses in Johannesburg (Apparently its a norm).The getting in and off the bus is/was quite an in-convenience.
Nothing to enjoy in that COLD bus . We left at 9pm instead of 5pm , what a terrible experience. Bus was very cold, wind coming thru the roof and the bottom. Heater was switched on after so many cries from passengers. Bus is old and cockroaches.
I am very dissatisfied, the driver got lost resulting in a 5 hour delay,we are still on our way to Matatiela from Kokstad now at 10:22h when arrival was scheduled or 6pm arrival
