The bus was late at joburg it didn't leave on a scheduled time. The seats were very much comfortable but the drivers must switch off the aircons, charging ports were serviceable.

Greyhound bus services are terrible! There’s was almost a head on collision because of the bus drivers wreckless driving. Customer services was extremely rude and didn’t care that our lives were in danger. I will never use Greyhound again

Trip was nice... the only issue was interchange of buses in Johannesburg as i was traveling from pretoria to Bloemfontein... It was a huge chaos as my online ticket had no bus number allocation. No one knew my bus though i found it later after stressing searching for a while. It will be better if online tickets have bus numbers too
I didn’t enjoy the journey at all. I was apparently supposed to switch buses in Park Station but no one mentioned it to me. This resulted in me travelling to Umtata to catch another bus to Bloemfontein. I am profusely disappointed in your service and I wish no one experiences this. I am a student , every hour makes a difference. I was on the road for an extra 24hours.
It was the worst experience ever, the bus drivers are unprofessional. We had to keep changing buses causing a 2 hour delay on our trip. The bus was stuck due to reasons that weren’t even explained to us. We had to wait on the highway for another bus
