ALSA INTERNACIONAL Seville Lisbon recent customer reviews
I enjoyed very little. The driver insisted that I put my small backpack in the hold which I’ve always traveled with at my feet because it contains my laptop. I’ve taken ALSA and Rede Expressos countless times and I’ve never had such a rude driver. I explained that my lap top that I needed to work on was in there and I needed my bag but he wouldn’t look at me and just repeated “nao”. My charger didn’t work once I got to my seat.
The driver was very rude. Also a very bad driver. He even hit the bus to a wall and broke the window next to me. Never apologized. At first he would not except my prepaid ticket. Was a ver unpleasant person.
Overall the trip was good. My only comments are regarding the cellphone plug, that was not working on my seat and the 30 min delay to get in Lisbon.
