The bus was clean, the driver was very friendly, and the ride was quiet. What I do not enjoy is the length of the trip. I don’t understand why the bus drivers into towns to stop at stations where no one is picked up or dropped off, it just adds a lot of time to the trip.
I think that stops that aren’t requested the bus shouldn’t go off route to pass there
My trip to Sudbury was very comfortable and relaxing. My driver was very professional, helpful and courteous. Thanks for such a valuable service

The bus was scheduled at 9am and never showed up. They have no phone number to call and find out so I waited till 11. After emailing they finally told me at 1:30 that it was cancelled.
Book a ride canceled the bus at the last minute. Had to scramble to get alternative transportation. Only offered a 10 voucher which expires December 24, 2023 as compensation in their email. They are extremely difficult to get a hold of either by phone or email. They aren't answering either or their chat option on their web platform
I was unable to find the bus, i did not know where and which bus it was. I was unable use thw contact number that either just rang or was busy. The bus arrived 20 min late but i was at another platform where i thought the bus was situated. It was confusing and fustrating experience
