The wifi of the bus wasn't connecting after about 30min we left the park.
I thanked the driver ! All good will use your service again
The driver was courteous and drove safely. It was a very good trip. The bus was clean but I could not connect to the wifi, nor could I use the plugs at the seats. None of them worked. It did not detract from the trip though.
Late getting into Sudbury then the driver announced that the terminal was closed 5 min away & we should make arrangements. So we stood in a blizzard waiting for a taxi. Couldn’t the driver have told us sooner so we could make arrangements to be picked up?
Execellent bus and driver
It was a smooth ride
It’s great service
Bus was on time, modern, clean and comfortable and not over-crowded. Price is super.
There was an OPP incident
The only concern I have is the toilet, it stinks
Great service, nice bus
Great service, great ride, bus was clean, bus driver was amazing
Even though the bus was late the ride was good. The driver drove the bus well. I rather be a few minutes late and get home safe.
Very nice & satisfy
Service is great
I was disappointed that there was no wi-fi on the bus
I really missed having wifi and a plug in for my phone.. It is available everywhere.. The commute Toronto to Sudbury was extremely convenient for me and the direct drive to as why I rated higher.
The bus was old so it was uncomfortable, had no wifi and no outlets which was inconvenient.
very great service
Didn't like all the stops along the way hard to sleep always stopping and going.
Ontario northland was the best I have ever taken in Toronto
We were forced to pull over in Barrie because another bus was having issues. We were not scheduled to stop, and had a completely full bus. There was absolutely nothing we could do do help but we’re still forced to stay. The bus driver also told us to complain because it is simply ridiculous. We sat in Barrie for nearly an hour for no reason. Because of, I missed my ride and was forced to pay 44 dollars for a taxi. Thanks for nothing.
The bus arrived on time in Sudbury. However, the terminal was locked while it was freezing cold outside. People waiting for taxis to arrive were freezing. I asked the Greyhound driver to allow us to stay inside the bus while waiting. He did not allow us then he left us in the cold. So much for empathy, compassion, and mercy.
Very professional and efficient driver. Comfortable ride. Was pleasantly surprised with the service.
It was a smooth pleasant ride.. I had no infractions at all.. Both drivers were great and on target with all the necessary information..
Bus Driver was very helpfull ..Big Thanks to the Bus Pilot.
