I was supposed to be home at 10pm. I arrived at 1:45am! Terrible. Driver said someone forgot about the route. I had to call and email the office after hours of waiting with no word. Brutal.

It sucks. First, the bus didn't show and I waited three hours for it. Then the staff at the terminal was late. It was a horrible experience.

Bus was an hour late. No information was given to customers about this update, could use some transparency in this department.

Should be able to get an e-ticket on phone and not have to line up at the station.

Never took a Greyhound before and it was painless, from buying tickets online, clean, comfortable bus and friendly driver. Thank you for a smooth first experience.

On schedule time

I bought my round trip ticket LAST WEEK and was told while in line that the bus was full and they were offering taxis. We were traveling to downtown Toronto. Greyhound staff told us not to use their service and that this happens EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Normally I would rate 5 stars. Waited outside the bus for driver who was late .we were lead to another bus no sorry for the delay no explanation. I understand delays,but customers should be informed if there's a problem

very good experience

I never received the email containing the ticket/confirmation. I thought I had purchased a ticket from Toronto to st Catharine's for Saturday morning at 9 am. I called greyhound at 8 am to find out why I didn't have an email with the ticket, since I'd purchased the ticket the night before (and had certainly been charged) she then challenged me, asking why I was calling now and not the night before. My answer- because it was 9 pm and I was at a birthday party. She then tells me the bus actually left at 6 am. I ask for a refund and she says no. I asked to speak with the manager and she puts me on hold for about 15 mins. Finally, this woman comes on the phone claiming to be a supervisor. She tells me that the tickets are not refundable. I tell her that I never RECEIVED the nonrefundable item. I have taken plenty of greyhounds and never had an issue like this before (where I didn't receive the email containing the ticket). Finally she offers me a voucher for the amount of the ticket ($14.00) and then explains that it costs $12.00 to use the voucher. I told her she was playing games. I will NEVER use greyhound or busbud again. I was blown away by how bad the customer service was.

The bus came late and passengers boarded on the bus half an hour behind the scheduled time. While waiting, people were not informed why the bus was late. I believe something needs to be communicated to the waiting line of people.

Very efficient

Bus was 40 minutes late but we weren't kept updated until 30 minutes had passed. Wouldn't have been as big of an issue if weren't waiting outside in -20 degree weather.

The ride was very pleasant and the bus came on time. I would use Greyhound again if I have to.

Great staff - truly helpful and thoughtful but bus was a gruelling 3 hours late for a 2 hour trip.
