The bus didn't arrive at the time that was expected.The intercape bus that arrived @06:00 the driver who tried to assist his company by taking me with the bus he was driving his name is Mpho.His colleague was Patrick Ndlovu he decided to drop off my suitcase at the engen garage in calertonville even though he was told by his colleague that he dropped 6 suitcases instead of five he didn't care.When he requested for tags from the passengers they gave him 5 instead6 but still he gave them all the suitcases.When I arrived in Johannesburg station my suitcase was nowhere to be found Patrick was very rude shiftted the blame to Mpho on why I was in their bus with no tag.Till today I don't have my luggage.

Fist and Most Annoying Experience Ever . I booked 10:45 am bus it Arrived 11:30 at a bus stop . (Never makes aware of the delay)
Second Unacceptable. The bus driver told Me the bus wasn’t the one . He told a different name though the ticket says Intercape. (Never makes aware of difference of intercape buses )
Lastly. Never given an apology on bus delay and different color bus .

It was comfortable although the bus was 1hour 30 minutes late from Allotted departure time.

Absolutely disappointing….the bus was 3hrs late and still on top of that it had to go back to Wolmaranstaad as it had a fault.I arrived at my destination 4hrs later from the initial time
