The bus driver was courteous and a safe driver. However, at T1 at YYZ, there is no signage for the bus stop and no one knew where to find it. When the bus arrived, it was not a Mega Bus or labelled as one. This led to even greater confusion.

. the only complaint would be that there is not a earlier shuttle.. it was a long 12hr wait at the airport. .. the service was great otherwise. .. may god bless your service. 🙏

It was goodish. The driver was friendly and seat was comfy. Just shocked that no outside food or drink is allowed, yet they have nothing to offer on the bus…I had to throw away a full smoothie before I got on. They had some random beans for sale and processed cookies. Inconvenient as I have a child with me and the ride is long to not have her be able to eat a snack. The tickets were the same price as the train or any other bus so probably wouldn’t use this company again.

They sent me a pickup location for my trip, and I was there well before the scheduled time — but the bus never showed up. I double-checked the location they sent me and even waited extra time, but no Maple Bus arrived. Very disappointing experience, and no clear communication from them. Would not recommend.
