Rede Expressos Lisbon Porto recent customer reviews
Bus was ok but operator didn’t allow food for kids to go inside and no stop in middle to get food
Buses are clean and function well. The buses shake less than those in Scotland. No toilets. Announcements only in Portuguese. Not well suited to the elderly or disabled, includiing those with invisible disabilities.
All was fine to travel with Rede Expressos. One minus is the power to charge your phone, this could be better.
According to customer reviews, the bus ride was not satisfactory due to a malfunctioning AC system. The lack of information about the departure spot also caused inconvenience for passengers. Despite attempts by the driver to alleviate discomfort, such as opening windows, it did not significantly improve the overall experience.
RENEX Lisbon Porto recent customer reviews
The AC on the bus wasn’t working which really ruined most of the ride. The bus felt like a sauna and it was hard to rest or relax. Near the end of the trip the bus driver ended up opening the window which helped a little but overall not the greatest experience.
The bus driver left me at a stop in Fatima and I ended up losing my backpack because of that... He didn't specify the time he would stop and left without making sure everyone in the bus was back! Really bad
It was an ok experience. Really noisy though, was on the back seat and couldn’t sleep much because of the noise of the motor.
