Orleans Express is a faceless brutal and robotic industry that does not give any margin for error: I booked a 11pm ticket by mistake- thinking it was a morning travel not a 23:00 travel arriving at 2 am in the morning!- and there was no way that my ticket could be exchanged for a morning one - even when paying whatever difference there was. "The computer would not allow", we are so sorry for your elderly mistake. It reminded me of Einstein's who said" I fear the day that technology will surpass human interaction : the world will have a generation of idiots". Well, we have truly entered this generation and Orleans Express is the best exemple I have been given to experience.As for now, I will get a cheap ride with car pooling and never again support this kind of industry where "computer programs" decide instead of human logical exchanges. Keep away!
Amazing customers service. My friends and I (8 in total) missed our bus for the 10am schedule but I called customers service and they let us on the nxt bus which is 11am without having to pay for any fees. Wifi in the bus was pretty fast and the whole ride was smooth. The chairs were very comfy. Very satisfied customer 10/10.
A fantastic way to travel from Montreal. The bus station is centrally located with great facilities. The buses are clearly identified and staff were very helpful, in both French and English.
I was late 5 minutes and the ticket office didn’t change my ticket and made me buy one 3 times more expensive and didn’t reimburse me for the one I missed. Also, I tried to contact Customer service and nobody answer, it sent me to a restaurants voice mail. I would really appreciate a refund on the 63 cad.
The bus left the station before the scheduled time. This was a surprise, but it did not bother me. Trip was comfortable, arrived on time. I had left my gloves inside the bus and the staff at the station helped me find it really quick. It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend the company and will probably travel with them again in the future.
The buses (Montreal to Quebec City round trip) were always on time and often arrived to the destination a few minutes early. The bus was very comfortable and had free WiFi which was great. I'll definitely use Orleans Express again
Everything went very smoothly and on time. Very good driver. Would suggest to management to please ask driver to also give passengers information in English as we had no idea where we were when the bus made its first stop.
