The seats have enough leg room, phone charging ports and air conditioner. Traveled from Calgary to Vancouver, journey was smooth except for the too many stops which ended being 1hour behind schedule.
Long ride with many stops but got us there right on time.
It was OK. Three staff were friendly but others weren't. Seats were soft and had average space but it was a long trip (17hrs) so was still uncomfortable - not Greyhound's fault though. But my seat wouldn't recline properly so that was a bit annoying as I haf to keep on putting weight down to hold it in its reclined position. Didn't use the washroom so nothing to say about that.
It was a long journey for me but Greyhound made it worthwhile
Trip from Calgary to Vancouver was horrible. The bus left me at kamloops with all my things on the bus and the staff were laughing and being rude
The driver missed us in the station which wasnt in our schadule.
Lights were opened at every stop with announcing stop in the mic each time making it hard to sleep, I’m sure it could be done differently. changing bus in the middle of the night was unannounced and annoying, we were not provided information as for the reason why, we understand, we need to put gaz and might need to change chauffeurs, but changing bus for everyone seems unacceptable. WiFi didn’t work, personal lights either. The second bus didn’t have electric outlet. Smell in the buses was bad, and that could be easily fix !
Very poor service
Seats are not comfortable enough for long trip
First time getting on Grayhound, it was a good experience but the bus was cold. The AC was off and only heater was on but passengers sitting beside the window were feeling cold.
It was very good. Even of the traffic bus was behind one hour but driver make it and we were only 10 min. late. He made on time.
Drivers really good and very helpful and informative. Only issue was having to observe a couple of disagreements between passengers but driver dealt with it very well and it can’t be helped!
Comfortable n safe.
It was a great experience except for the wi-fi it was very poor
Wifi doesn't always work. Otherwise satisfying
Bus was late. Driver was rude. Chair was horribly uncomfortable. Station and stops were all grim with no facilities and service wasn’t even cheap
Very nice. Maybe you could do something so that first arrived may have better choice of seats
To many stops and you guys need to upgrade your busses. 15 hour of trip in these busses, Gonns kill one.
It was nice, I got disconnected from the Wifi sometimes
Write your prices in Canadian dollars for Canadians or be specific about the price and let customers know it's in US currency
Very poor service
I meeded to change my ticket to a later date and since i came in same day as bus i couldnt so im out 256.00 for my trip to ont thanks greyhound
New buses very old
The ride was long. But I knew that before leaving. The driver was kind enough to help me Change where I get off. There was wifi. It turned off a lot but all you had to do was log in again. Not that bug of a deal. Ac worked very well. And the outlit worked well and charged my phone nicely
It's not like it use to be!
We were stuck at a gas station for 9 hour a cause the jighway at Golden was closed, but it was closed before the bus departed. No communication about what was happening. A 14 hr trip turned into 23 hrs. Not worth it. The bus itself was uncomfortable compared to other coaches and the WiFi didn’t work.
Awful experience. Road was closed before the bus left but driver did not think to check so we were stuck at a petrol station, sleeping in the bus for 9 hours through the night. First bus driver was very rude and did not tell us what was going on. 14 hour trip turned into a 20 hour Tripp never doing this again
