Le conducteur et le trajet s’est fait correctement et efficacement après une heure de retard à cause d’une panne de l’autobus initial. Mon mécontentement est le fait que le débarquement est au chant Marin en haut de la côte. C’est extrêmement dangereux et non sécuritaire pour nous d’avoir à redescendre avec nos valises à l’entrée de Tadoussac car il n’y a pas de trottoirs tout le long. Il serait très important de revoir votre politique à ce sujet pour vos clients afin d’éviter des pertes de vies. Peut-être tourner à droite après L’auberge de Jeunesse et déposer les gens qui séjournent dans ce coin vers la baie. Et l’autobus pourrait remonter à la rue suivante. Merci de votre considération pour la sécurité de vos clients.
