The bus was late for two hours ontop of that it broke down on the way it took me more than 12 hours to arrive I was so hurt because it was cold and raining..
It would be better if seat numbers could be booked. Finding a seat on a basically full bus is difficult when people are sleeping and lying on both seats - no help from bus driver or stewards to find a seat. Bus started to drive away while I was climbing downstairs after not being able to find a seat on top deck. As an older person with hand luggage that was NOT a good experience.
