Good trip,bus arriving on time and it being clean 👌 and I can't forget how great the staff treated us as passengers

We travelled by sleep liner and it was cold at the upper part of the bus, the bus got stuck 21 kw away to Mthatha, we had to take taxis to Mthatha

There's nothing I enjoyed. It was cold. It died on the way, we had to be transferred to another stinking cold bus. I had small baby in all that. I'm really disappointed in your service

Had a horrible experience, bus was late with 2hrs and had a lot of stops (unnecessarily) on top of that. No clear communication from driver to commuters

I am so greatful that i booked this bus,last nyt my son was boarding from Bloem to Mthatha and was late for check in,friendly guy called to ask the whereabouts of my son because the bus was 2 minutes away and he had not yet arrived to checkin..He was so carring.Thank u so much my son arrived safe at home

Got to my destination ahead of my arrival time, but the delay from Bloemfontein was over an hour with no communication.

The service was great the bus arrived on time and the staff was professional and friendly.

Bus was taken by trafic officers for morethan an 1 hour because it didnt have permit road

I booked for the first time that day and did not get the ticket on my emails. I then checked my bank balance and saw that the money did not deduct. I then booked again after 30 minutes. I got charged twice. I tried my best to cancel the ticket but failed. I lost my money

Very bad trip i waited for Delta Coaches bus for the whole two hours and also mind that i had to be at school , so i booked the other bus with my last cents! Delta buses are useless!

Bus was 3½ hours late. 1. Bus does not stop inside 2. Bus stops as they are independent. 3. Had to transfer to a nother Bus in Queenstown. 4. That Bus was too small for everyone. 5. Had to climb over to a nother Bus that was bigger. 6. Bus broke down several times. 7. This was the worst Bus experience ever. 8. Very unprofessional

great disappointment in the service offered by the company. Firstly, Vilmora does not have a station in the Tourism Centre (Bloemfontein) but it oparates there in a daily basis, we were force to wait outside so that the bus does not leave us since there's no announcement if it has arrived or not. Secondly, the bus was late with almost 2 hours with no clear communication from the company on what's going to happen, the temperature reached minus 2 degrees. Thirdly, the bus had no working AC. Lastly, I so wish all these big factors can be communicated prior, a clear structure that goes hand in hand with the companies t&c's. I have signs of a cold and I would be lucky if the young and the elderly we were waiting with didn't get any cold related disease's like pneumonia.

It was the last option to take online coz all the buses was booked up so it help m a lot thanks 😊

I enjoyed nothing iwas traumatised the whole trip was a disaster but all thanks to Vilamora and iam never referring the buses to anyone so people must think twice before booking
