I understand a different kind of the problem. But nobody let us know what is going on. There was few disabled people staying in the line. Everybody was exhausted. Not nice!

Good convenient buses. But in a few buses WiFi was not working, and even if working not strong enough to send messages.

Basically a good safe trip. Teh internet didn’t work although I was able to watch Tv which as a good alternative . The bus generally clean. My last trip a few years ago we drive for hours with a smelly toilet before it was cleaned so that’s a huge improvement. So overall good. I wish the seats had pockets to place your personal items, that would be nice but overall I am pleased

the bus was freezing cold and had a terrible smell.

From Boston to Buffalo bus wifi was not working. Also there are too many stops in the way. The most annoying part was I wanted to get my ticket recheduled that was booked from toronto online. I was online able to reschedule the ticket at Boston bus stand, no where else. Which is really annoying.

I was promised wifi and a power source for the entire bus ride. Instead, for the entire bus ride from Boston to Toronto, there was no wifi. Also, my second bus did not even have an outlet for me to charge my phone. This was very problematic, as I was relying on the wifi to communicate my arrival since I was in a foreign country and could not use data. Dont trust the descriptions.

It was broken down at Albany and we moved to another bus.

Arrived an hour late to Toronto.

I missed the bus at Rochester for Buffalo. My luggage was already there on board because my start point was Boston. The two lady officers at Rochester were very helpful and helped me to get on the later bus to Buffalo. On arrival at Buffalo, two out of 3pcs of my luggage were found, but one was lost. The 2 men at the Buffalo terminal were most uncooperative.

Good service but the price was high

The bus trip itself was fine, but the Wifi did not work, even when it said in my settings that it was on. The bus from Boston to Toronto departing at 7.40 pm on October 19 was on time until after Buffalo. After everyone had gone through immigration and everyone was back on the bus with all the luggage, the bus sat there for a long time, possibly over half an hour. Then somewhere in Missisauga again the bus stopped for no apparent reason, for half an hour or more. Consequently the bus arrived in Toronto over an hour late and as my American cell phone did not work in Canada I was unable to let my family know that I would be late where they were picking me up. The driver was very nonchalant about this and did not even apologise, and I feel that some of this attitude contributed to the lateness of the bus. The lady at the information desk in the Toronto Greyhound terminal was not very helpful, and uncaring. Also the public telephones in the terminal did not work correctly. And there did not seem to be Wifi in the terminal either. All this left a very unpleasant taste at the end of a basically pleasant trip.

Everything was fine except that there seems to have been a breakdown in the toilette facilities
