Drivers are unprofessional, they stop the bus without telling us what the problem was. They stopped more than five times, and the bus at some point switched off on its own.Not comfortable, there's a lot because we were even unable to charge phones because there are no sockets. They are below standard (Eagleliner) company.

All the employees of that bus company are puteritely rude. The one guy who helps with checking passages wanted to physically assault a lady with a kid because she simply asked why the bus was 2 hours late. The bus itself was like riding in a golden arrow bus and it was freezing cold with windows that can't be shut close. It was appauling.

I tried to reschedule by calling in and I couldn't get hold of an email or a contact number that works. I however missed my slot because I couldn't make it. My child was sick so I had to leave earlier. I am hoping someone can get back to me with regards to using the ticket I never used to return to cape town. Please let me know. I wasted 400 just because ilulu could not be contacted. I'm very disappointed and if I do not hear back from the Company, I will have to write a review because this just isn't it.
