The bus trip was amazing, everything was perfect besides the bus had cockroaches. I did not like the fact that there were cockroaches crawling everywhere on the bus. Intercape should insure the buses are clean before using them otherwise everything else was perfect, the driving was also good I do not have any complaints
It was raining inside the bus after we passed the tunnel I can't remember the place our back pack where so wet even us it's was not easy to sit down and we where delayed coz I was supposed to arrive in Pretoria 7:15 instead we arrived to 9 if I'm not mistaken.
The driver was very rude to begin with it was a chubby guy ..the bus only made (3)Three stops from cape Town our legs was stuff like crazy and we arrived 2 hours before scandaled thime we..it was still dark when we arrived and had to wake people up to come and pick us up so I was and still highly unsatisfied

I enjoyed nothing, first the bus was not intercity but Eagle something, secondly it was to reach destination at 14:40 but we only reached at something past 18h00 very inconvenient 😭

Despite the bus leaving late, the service went well until the next morning at 10h50 when one of the drivers started to eat food with a fork while he was driving. The bus was in full motion. All of this took place 10 minutes before we arrived at Kroonstad. He risked our lives because he couldn't wait 10 minutes to our next destination. We left Kroonstad at about 11h30, & he continued to eat while driving. This is dangerous behaviour, & one reason why fatal accidents happen. All of this happened this morning, 5 April, at the stated times.
The staff was very effective but because there are no air conditioning or at least the fans working I would have been much more satisfied…
They don’t respect time they sent us emails stating that they will be 30 minutes late then boom they were 01H 30min late. And they brought us overheating bus… 18H 35 trip turned into 26H trip😭😭

I regret ever booking such a bus with inconsiderate staff.We had a vicious tire burst on our way to Belville and tried calling the number provided without success.When we got there late by 20 minutes the bus was gone & noone listened to us just said buy other tickets.They have no hearts or care at all

I did not enjoy my trip since I booked greyhound premium and we travelled with citiliner plus of which we were informed about this when we were about to load in the bus I think it is not fair and taking advantage of travellers
After waiting 3 hours in vain at the dropoff terminal at Pretoria Luxury Coach Terminal for my passenger from Bellville Cape and phoning Greyhound repeatedly with the relevant ticket no. "GHAKQJTO1" nobody could tel me wether he borded the bus at the starting terminal or not ! Neither could the attendant at the Greyhound Dropoff office !!!
