Sleepliner is spacious to relax for long trips, however we were disappointed by dysfunctional cooling system, bus 236 please check it's air-conditioning...we had to open windows. Other than that, nice journey we had.
Another thing, seat numbering and making sure people follow, it causes delay too

It’s indeed dependable and safe. I truly enjoyed the smooth ride,I couldn’t even feel that it was a long one. We even arrived at the destination in time. Looking forward to my next ride on the 25th and many months to come. I was a bit worried I wouldn’t get enough time with my family in Cape Town on my offs, but with Intercape and it’s splendid service I am certain I’ll leave in time and arrive at my destination in time. Keep up the good work

Signals at a very high pitch, loud and continue for more than 15 seconds at a time. Not expectable for epilepsies! I broad my health conditions under attention of the driver. His answer was fasten your seatbelt. It did not solve the problem.

I enjoyed NOTHING. There was a two hours delay, no communication, arrived five hours late, we got transferred to another bus in Park station. Smelled like pee and the driver kept shouting at people. We had no tags for our bags and no one clarifying it’s your bag at collection. It rained in and I got soaked. I missed my connection flight to Botswana which was scheduled to leave at 12:30pm. I’m sitting here only arrived at 2pm and no connections to Botswana and scared what to do next with no money for hotel and no assistance with my bags
