The best of the best
Well done to the driver and the prompt reaction to some unruly passengers.
Every thing was perfect ,besides the accident we found on the road, the truck rolled nd blocked the road
It's a very comfortable bus to ride on but they need to service the buses before transporting people to their destinations
The bus was cold as inside the refrigerator, and tried to talk to the driver to switch on the heater but they didn't listen.
Is very comfortable
Please fix electricity inside the bus
Travel was fine but disappointed about wifi as it never connects
The trip was nice and good service
Nothing much to say but it was good
Trip was good. Drivers just need to ensure they do not take such risks on overtaking. IE on blind hills and corners. Wifi was not working and no movie was shown. Had to listen to gospel music the whole trip and to high a volume in a language that I did not understand.
Was a good experience
Extremely good service, looking forward to more trips with Greyhound.
No leg space no seat space just overall bad
There were no toilets h owever when we needed go take a break and go to the bathroom when other passengers boarded we were not allowed to
Very comfortable and safe. Will travel with them anytime
I didn't like the toilet,it ended up smelling inside the whole bus
Excellent, but make sure all the charging port are working
Service was very good, depart on time but have a small breakdown that cause about 45min delay. Rest of the trip very good
Great service from the staff🙂
The fact that we spent more than 3 hours at the weigh bridge is unacceptable for me. We were supposed to arrive in Pretoria at 16:05, inatead we arrived at 22:30, which is unacceptable for me. This really needs to be adressed!
The intercape staff made me stand at the wrong pick-up level and consequently I missed my bus trip. No-one was prepared to help me renew my ticket. I lost R1200. I earn R2800 per month. This killed me. I missed my mother's funeral in Pretoria and I am heartbroken.
will use your service again thanks
Will definitely make use of Intercape again.
