4 hours delayed I was supposed to arrive at Once at 6:30 am and it's 10:30am we still in the bus

I didn’t enjoy anything, there was no enough space for me, the drive put on the heater at maximum so it was very hot, I couldn’t even sleep because of how the chairs were uncomfortable

The bus started burning outside Caledon and we had to wait for two hours for a replacement bus from CapeTown. We arrived in Kingwilliamstown 4 hours late.

I enjoyed the trip with APMWC, drivers were very friendly and were driving with a very comfortable speed.Just waited an hour as the bus was delayed. Atleast we got the sms

Firstly the bus was delay about 3hrs and they decided to hire another bus to take us to onother bus of their company that is on the way , they transfer us to their bus and when we get to Queen's town the drivers fighting over to put overload in the bus it was to much and we have to involve the Police I am dissatisfied and I deserve a discount by the time I get to my town the transport was finished already I have to go and hire a transport to take me home which cost me 4 times than what I suppose to pay

Delayed by a few hours then completely postponed to the next day and I was late for my fathers funeral

I was not impressed, we got lost in Uitenhage and there was no toilet in the bus and they refused to stop at a garage in Peddie...I arrived 2hours later at my destination.

I really enjoyed my journey from Cape Town to East London and the hospitality from the drivers.

Comfortable and cozy to travel, travelling time period kept well even with delays that cropped up. What needs be seriously looked into, is your cellphone charging ports that works with lights on and once the lights are off charging power not available. Please have that changed.

There is nothing I enjoy the 1st bus was involved in an accident we almost lost our lives 💔 we had to wait hours for another bus only to find out it the second bus has a problem and we had to wait for another two hours for the third bus I'm am very disappointed 😞

We didn’t travel by Big Sky we were transferred to Intercape that ended up getting stuck in Worcester for almost 2 hours.

The Bus was good and i did enjoy the services but the but was to hot and the drive dont care if we ask to put the heat off

One thing that irritated me was the noise from the bus, I can't tell if it needed to be fixed something but the was a noise and it was scary.

Remarkable driving, always sticking to time. Polite and friendly drivers. Bus was nice and clean.

The bus was meant to leave at 18:15 but only left at 23:00 after we had to be transferred to 2 different buses before eventually getting the actual Citiliner bus. It was very late with no communication whatsoever and I am disappointed with the overall service, never booking again.

I booked citiliner but they gave us a bus that I don't even the name of it but it was not citiliner I'm very disappointed don't even think I will book that bus again n it was suppose to leave at 7:30 but it left around 22:00

The bus took more than 30minutes stoppages at the garages and i was supposed to be at King will town at 08:30 but I arrived at 11:40...3 hours later

The bus was late we were suppose to leave Cape Town at 7pm but we ended up leaving 3am, im still on the road even now.

Nothing enjoyable about that trip, people who were going to KWT were dropped in Queenstown and had to hitchhike to their destinations. No courtesy. It’s a disaster.

I did not enjoy it. I booked a bus to King William's town, only to find out they do not go there. They said they will have a car to take us to our respective destinations only to find out we will be left wondering

Very disappointed, first they were late and changed people to another bus in Paarl, dropped people in Queenstowngoing to Adelaide, Alice, Fort Beafirt and King Williams town. Why did they allow people to use their services ifvthey know they are not going to those places?

The bus is in a very good condition. I didn’t enjoy that we were transferred to another bus during the trip.
