There where other riders that where drinking alcohol and verbally assaulting / berating the bus driver. Sometimes I have daughters that ride that bus and I'm wondering if it is safe for them. The driver handled it well, if I was threatened like that I wouldn't have continued to allow her on the bus anymore but he didn't skip a beat and was still on time.
Great service. Wifi worked great. Two small areas of improvement: 1) please let the passengers know when we are having a bathroom/smoke break 2) not all of the charging docks for electronics worked.
He was 30 minutes late and I read online it said to be 30 min early. I waited an hour for the bus to arrive after calling twice to check if it was even arriving.
