I was left behind by the bus and had been there waiting even before the bus arrived , because I had booked Mainliner , I awaited for mainline and was told that there is no Mainliner any more and only Sleepliner

There was a rude receptionist at George who didn’t alert us of tagging our bags and that made us late otherwise the trip was good

I enjoy the journey, if they can just fix the charging points and the television.

Excellent,only problem was people traveling with infants should be looked at please.I feel that is inappropriate for people on the bus to inconvenience others with having a small child onboard who has specific needs

We get to the pick up point and see no bus so we call and they say it will be there in three minutes, 10 min go by and still no bus so we call again and they say they will be there in 5 min again the bus only showed up 20min later and then half way we can’t get over the bridge because they over packed the bus and we arrived hours later than the scheduled time.

I wouldn't recommend Greyhound to anyone. The cabin crew is unfriendly and not informative. They never announced when it was time for toilet breaks and bus stop stations. Trailer tires had a puncture and there was a 3hr delay. They never apologized.
