The service was Top class but the only thing that ruined the trip was arriving late. We were supposed to arrive in Park Station at 9 but instead we arrived at 10 to 11. They should try to make sure they stick to the time to avoid creating inconveniences for passengers.

Journey was great, bus on time drivers friendly and helpful. Seats in the bus were broken could not recline 2nd time I experienced that.
I will never use Greyhound or advise people to use it. We paid so much for.our tickets we could've taken City to City I think we'd be happier not a nice ride back home Greyhound is the worst
