Terrible, they left the terminus at 07:40 instead of the scheduled 08:10. We had to get a taxi to catch up. They wouldn't stop at the routine stops, but would stop to pick travellers on the way. Their staff were rude when asked about their service. We arrived at 5am instead of 10pm as scheduled
