We paid our money on top of the money that we've paid because the bus doesn't have a diesel. I delayed with 8 hours because the drivers did not get the money from the owner. We stucked from Graaf Reinet for 4 hours and another 4 hours in Worcester can imagine how it is painfull.
Bus delayed from 03h00 until 18h00 and had tyre problem so more delay until 22h00 so I was not happy at all and I couldn’t go to wrk yesterday due of I only arrived at Cape Town at 13h00
I enjoyed the charging points but it was cold as Ice, their toilet was closed and the driver failed passengers such that one guy messed his pants. He told the driver plenty times that he wanted a toilet but the driver was just shouting at him. Sadly he messed his pants up, I am praying that he heals from the pain.
Eldo coaches was very disappointing! In fact, it was terrible. When it rains, all those sitting by the windows get wet. The bus had no wipers and the ride was overnight, and it was rainy and misty in some places. There's air that keeps coming in and the bus was not cleaned, the drivers hadn't rested or been changed, they came from Cape Town to East London and then took us and went back to Cape Town. All this poses a threat to us. The bus was more than two hours late and nobody gave us an explanation nor an apology yet I was sure public services in South Africa abide by Batho Pele Principles of which one is Redress.
The bus was supposed to arrive at 06:00am in Cape Town, but it arrived at10:00am thats about 4 hours late and no-one apologised or explained anything to passengers.
Eagle liner can do much better. It was my first experience with them and definitely not happy. However, the drivers drove safely and brought us safely to our destination. For that I am grateful.
The bus was too cold , the drivers must stop this thing of putting air condition at night , sinus that I’m having now from being cold in the bus. Heaters must be on please otherwise I enjoyed my ride
Bus late by more than 4 hours. Consultant Pabi who answered the 24 hour call on 18.01.2023 after 21:20 was rude and unapologetic about how late the bus was. Nor was he sympathetic about people waiting outside at night while it was raining.Communication was sent after 8 about the bus being delayed. The sms had minimal details.
I would never recommend it to anyone and I’d rather cough up double the amount for better services for another bus company or flight than to ever use iLulaBus again . The drivers lack respect for us passengers and don’t have a way of speaking respectfully nor do they show interest in trying to be respectful. There’s no place to charge cellphones yet it is listed when booking the bus. The bus was meant to arrive at 6am and it arrived at 11am.
The illula bus Never arrived .we had to travel with taxi’s eventhough we paid for a bus .Waiting in a different province for a bus till it get’s late is very unsafe and scary .very very unprofessional.
I will never use your filthy bus again, im sorry. Your was cockroach infested and wasnt swept for the next trip.
Customer service is evidently unknown to your staff, pls teach and develop them. I can never recommend your services to anyone for as long as I live.
Busses are very old and tiring, the chairs are so uncomfortable for long distance. The bus was very dirty and untidy some chairs had vomit on and people were expected to sit next to that vomiting. It the worst bus ever.
Bus drivers were perfect, staff at the station office was unprofessional. The seats had no leg room, if reclined they hurt the knees of the person behind.
it wasn't on time & the bus was so uncomfortable (citiliner) but I thank the stuff for communicating through sms that the bus will either be greyhound ,, citiliner or eldo & that it is delaying .
