We arrived at 10:30am instead of 9 as it was stated, bus has small cockrouches. It will be much appreciated if Eldo Coaches can take good care of the inside as they do the outside
The bus was not 100% had a noise under, and vibrates on a sloppy road on a very high speed with drivers who dont want to lower it and were very rude, I was holding my breath with non stop prayers due to speed and bus in a bad condition, I will never take the bus again
I booked for Greyhound but I use Eldo Coach to Cape Town. I didn't know if the taxis drives can stop the bus at station. Next lest know that we going to use different bus.
Remove the drivers and maintain your buses, the noise of wheel bearings is too much that I can't even hear the person next to me. Buy new capacitated buses man, we can't be squeezed in those seats and some people had to sit on the passage.. what is that?
That was my last time driving with them. Staff is rude, bus died and we had to wait hours for another bus which came and we were changed to another bus again. I arrived in Cape Town 4 hours later.
I will never take or refer anyone to take Eldo coaches. The busy was late with more than two hours, the urine was smelling all over the bus and the driver was rude to passengers. The bust was not in a good condition to travel as it’s stucked twice on the road
Information on delay was not provided. The bus got involved in an accident which caused more delays. Took Chilwans more than 6 hours to make alternative arrangements for us to get to final destination.
The ilulaBus system is one that’s very disorganised. They lack proper communication with customers, only letting us know of bus delays hours into us waiting for buses. Giving us rentals that don’t have essential amenities without our consent nor knowledge. This bus also put us into a rental shuttle that didn’t have the proper permits and when the manager of the establishment was called, he dropped the call on the traffic cops and taxi drivers that were keeping us outside of the bus from 21:00 till 03:00. It’s a horrible bus service. They should sell their buses and give it up.
They should communicated with the person that is taking the Trip, not just the one booking the Ticket. The Telephone numbers that are Online do not work. They should update the their contact details Online.
Intercape has never disappointed me.Their service is excellent. When I travel I always make sure that I travel with Intercape. And the drivers are well trained .They know how to interact with passengers.
The bus was late with 5 hours I was supposed to attend a ceremony at 11:00 and I arrived in Cape Town at 13:30 I even got off at Bellville and took Uber because going to Cape Town Station would’ve been more late. This was very very dissatisfying, I am not happy at all.
Never booking Eldo Coaches again . Terrible bus . The service is very poor . Imagine travelling a long distance trip and the usb units are not working we were not even made aware . A distinctive disgusting toilet smell throughout the whole trip . No hand sanitisers .Worst trip ever .
They provided a wrong bus it was not even a ilula bus it was something else that was super uncomfortable and cold and there where overload of passengers the driver had to leave behind some people
We are so disappointed with how the drivers communicated with us, we understand there was an accident on way but that did not mean the driver should be so rude.
Most of the seats were broken, so they couldn't recline. The drivers just replied "they are not mechanics" when asked about the broken seats. The bus reeked of urine for the entire duration of my trip and cleanliness was just totally disregarded. Definitely won't be recommending Eldo Coaches to anyone I know.
Very dirty. Very uncomfortable, old seats with hard nails protruding through the material. I was in one of the oldest coaches,no accident, thanks to the skills and experience of the drivers. No sanitizer in their offices, bus full to the capacity,,no covid protocols observed. Seats are uncomfortable, old, stinking
The ilula bus can bra good bus if it can have disciplined drivers, their drivers are very rude ,they can't inter act with people ,the other driver yelled on a old mother ,and their buses run at a very high speed that can result to death of many people
The staff couldn't address us effectively why the bus was late the lady in the office kept on lying to us that the bus is coming.. Poor communication from the staff and the bad attitude, I was so disappointed at Eldo coaches the bus was my favorite bus but now imma change it
Eagle liner can do better, their buses seem old and have no air conditioning for the driver's windscreen, he had to clean it manually while driving which is very dangerous... The bus was packed and there was no Covid protocol
