Bus was changed the bus we boarded was nice but later changed to an old bus with no charging l could not communicate with the people to pick me up as my phone was off could not request uber. We book these buses because we know they have charging ports but it was not the case for me.

Bus was late. We left Zimbabwe Roadport at 18:00 instead of the mentioned 15:30. And we had booked Intercity but got an Eagleliner bus instead. Despite the best efforts by the bus to make the trip enjoyable and safe, thr professional approach by management leaves a lot to desired
