Bus ride from Toronto airport to Ottawa was awful and dangerous. Driver was falling asleep at the wheel. He kept hitting the rumble strip on the side of the highway as he would drift off then it would wake him up and he would jerk back into the lane. A number of other passengers noticed this and had to move to the front row to make sure he stayed awake. This could have caused a serious accident. Very disappointed with my experience.

Loved that it was right on schedule and met my expectations. It was convenient and easy to use. What I did not enjoy as much was that I had paid for a "direct" bus but was asked to get off in Scarborough and switch buses. It wasn't so bad as the 2nd bus was much nicer and comfortable. Also, when I first got on the bus, I had an assigned seat but the bus was full and I had to resort to sitting at the very back.
