Loved that it was right on schedule and met my expectations. It was convenient and easy to use. What I did not enjoy as much was that I had paid for a "direct" bus but was asked to get off in Scarborough and switch buses. It wasn't so bad as the 2nd bus was much nicer and comfortable. Also, when I first got on the bus, I had an assigned seat but the bus was full and I had to resort to sitting at the very back.

They rescheduled my connecting ticket to depart 3 hours after I originally booked after I had already started my trip. Then the ticket they gave me when rescheduling showed up as an error to the bus operator and nearly was not allowed on the bus. Then I was told the drop off location changed, so I planned accordingly, and it did not change at all and was dropped off at the original location. Most of the electric plugs on the bus didn't work either. The bathroom was very dirty and had no working flush button or hand sanitizer. There was also a very loud clicking noise that came on and off every 5 to 10 seconds with flashing lights too. The wifi didn't work, but that wasn't surprising as I've never been on a Book A Ride that has working wifi. My trip went from 9 hours to 14 hours and was overall very frustrating. I regret booking with them.

Honestly, the trip was fine. But to pay $220 for a 10 hour trip is outrageous. It would take 6 hours by car and probably cost less.
