First time on a train, cool experience, but due to the delays I couldn’t show for my car rental that I had for six days and they put me as no-show which I still have to pay for it, but couldn’t get it

Loved that it was right on schedule and met my expectations. It was convenient and easy to use. What I did not enjoy as much was that I had paid for a "direct" bus but was asked to get off in Scarborough and switch buses. It wasn't so bad as the 2nd bus was much nicer and comfortable. Also, when I first got on the bus, I had an assigned seat but the bus was full and I had to resort to sitting at the very back.
