It was a bit tough because I do not speak Spanish and none of the staff understood my English.
The travel was o.k but the time was not right
The bus was more then 1 hour late and it took longer then the stated time of 2 hour 50 mins and made lot of stops. This was not due to the traffic. Also, the bus smelled of urine and it was very hard to endure for such a long trip.
The bus driver got in a fight with another vehicle driver
Bus arrived 30 minutes late, then didn't take off until an hour later. I was scheduled to arrive to Queretaro at 1:15pm, I arrived at 3pm. Terrible service.
Great service, comfortable and great wifi
Great experience from buying the ticket to clear directions (about printing & the address of the bus station) and of course a comfortable ride from Mexico City to Querétaro!
I wish the ticket had said what gate I needed to be at. There were no signs for the bus line we were on. But we found it OK, and the bus was very nice and the trip was great.
