I booked my ticket online from umthatha to cradock. the driver did not stop at cradock, when i went to consult why he wasnt stopping, He told me that my trip wasnt on his trip book and he continued driving off with me. my partner who was waiting at the garage had to chase the bus and stop it in the middle of the road. the driver was shouting at me and very rude. I was very disappointed with the treatment I received.
