Bus departure time supposed to be 00H10 but it ended up leaving at 01H55 (almost 2hrs late) imagine that long wait with no update outside. I ended up arriving at around 13h00 in Port Elizabeth. I don't think I will use the internal again, I will not even recommend it to anyone.

I enjoyed the comfort. It has comfortable chairs, reliable and cautious drivers. What I didn't enjoy is the dirty and smelly toilets

I’m not happy because the bus was supposed to arrive in Gqeberha at 20:00 but it arrived at 21:30

Bus was 1hour late from Mthatha to PE then the toilet was full of waist. Other than that the drivers were friendly and drives very carefully

Their toilet/the toilet was not in a user friendly state and it made travelling with a child very difficult.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Intercity Xpress I had the worst experience ever with Intercity Xpress! The bus was almost 2 hours late, and there was absolutely no communication or updates provided. The waiting offices closed at 17h00, despite knowing that passengers coming from far places would need to wait for buses departing as late as 10:45 PM. This shows a complete lack of care for customer safety, especially since the area is known to be unsafe. You’re risking people's lives with such neglect! To make matters worse, the bus had a terrible smell, like urine, due to the unmaintained toilet. Something as simple as an air freshener (which costs just R20!) could have made a difference. The service was appalling and far below acceptable standards. Intercity Xpress needs to take customer care and service quality seriously

They don't leave on time. Itnis not possible to select seat. The bus doesn't have aire conditioner. The seat doesn't recline so for long travel it is vert unconfortable

First time traveling with eagle liner and was disappointment as we waited for 3 hours in East London because bus didn't have permit😔. Can this be avoided in future.

the driver was a great driver i didnt like that we left at 3 but we were suppose to leave at 12

Driver was professional, he drove safely not over speeding. I didn't like that the bus arrived later at bus stopped as it was written that it will arrived at 23:25 but arrived after 00:00

I only enjoyed drivers service😭otherwise from mthatha the bus was supposed to arrive at 10:55pm and it arrived at 03:13 am I was already tired.

bus was clean, I enjoyed phone charger port , drivers speed was good, toilets were not clean,

Bus drivers did not even know where to leave us. How can a bus driver ask travellers for directions. Most of the times, us as passengers depend on them for safety. They left me on the road in a very dangerous place at 1am. And the bus arrived 3 hours late to my destination. They have stops that are not communicated to the passengers😭😭😭 I would never take this bus ever ever again

Everything was just horrible. The drivers were doing as they please. They deliberately delayed us, and when we called them out they gave a nasty attitude.
