arrival two hours late. Toilet dirty with taps not working. One of the drivers was a bit reckless on the road.

It was very bad. Lots of problems The bus was supposed to be at the station departing by 03:45 but only arrived at 05:00. The bus was not served had a break down in the way and we waited for two hours. Poor communication from intercape and passengers , as there was not even a word or update that the bus is late or have breakdown Poor hospitality drivers are not civilized Toilet stinking the while bus and not even cleaned

The communication of delays was prompt and the drivers we friendly and kind. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the mirror problem that delays us in Pietermaritzburg

The bus delayed for 3 hours and in the bus the charging port weren’t working at all

I don’t think I will ever use that bus ever again. the bus was supposed to leave Mthatha station at about 13:20 but it only arrived at about 14:29 no excuse nothing when it arrived at Durban they didn’t drove to Kings way Totalenergy bus stop they pass it remember it was 21:00 at night they take a wrong route N2 north than they made a u turn come back again l ended up jumping off at clarwood 😒😒😒l will never use this bus again they don’t care about our safety how can u book a bus for certain time and it arrives with their own time than after they don’t use a proper route l had to use a cabin and pay a lot of money because of people who don’t care about passengers safety in the morning am going to share this with the social media platform

The bus arrived 2 hours late and it was full when it arrived so another bus had to come take some people in order for us to get in the bus .
