i did not know that the bus will be going to Cape town but the journey was really nice. no complaints at all.

I must honestly say that for a foreigner, your service was absolutely appalling. Non of the intercape staff was able to give me a clear indication what bus I must be on. There was a huge uncertainty from multiple bus drivers. The trailer flipped open somewhere in Stellenbosch, where I was worried that my luggage was stolen. Apparently, after having chatted to another traveller, I was meant to transfer in sommersetwest. This transfer was was more than an hour late. Furthermore, the bus broke down in Riviersonderend , leaving me to phone a friend and pick me up. Time of arrival in swellendam was meant to be at 11:30 but I only arrived at around 13:00. I would advise to train your employees so they can better assist people that are travelling for the first time as well as teaching them proper mannerisms to aid in comforting them they are on the correct bus. I will refrain from using your services in the future and would not advise anyone else this company. I thought this to be a well organised company but had to find out that it has been my worst public transport service in South Africa.
