Find coaches from Port Elizabeth to Port Shepstone

The bus was too slowly and we arrived late than the time was stated when I was buying a ticket 🤷‍♂️😖 and I struggled to find a taxi to home since it was late.

I enjoyed the trip but they took too long to stop for restroom breaks since some of us are not comfortable using the bus to do our staff

Have used Intercity numerous times but this time was vot as it should be. We were at the 1st stop and the luggage compartment was so full already that it had to be unpacked so as to enable us to fit stuff in. There was still insufficient space so the driver opened a compartment and there was a man sleeping in the luggage compartment. Mattress and all! So all the luggage was eventually loaded. So the bus left a full hour late. Thereafter the bus lost more time. Instead of arriving at 6.40 as expected, it arrived at 10.16. Nearly 4 hours late. It also stopped in an alternate place which was safer but still, noone told us about the change in stop.

My experience is neutral 😐. Everything was great. I enjoyed it, but 😭😭 the bus was late, and there was no update that it was no longer big sky its Intercape. We were supposed to arrive by 09:00... & we arrived ngo12:00

The bus seats are comfortable but too close to each other,it was hard to sit,knees were grinding to the front seat.

Hi there I travel at night so that I can sleep. The seating is very uncomfortable and too little leg room for tall people. I enjoyed the friendly efficient staff.

The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. People were sleeping over 2 seats and others had to stand. Staff just said they can't do anything about it. Will never use them again

My trip was fine but how come that the bus doesn't have cup holders?
