My trip was fine but how come that the bus doesn't have cup holders?
Their service was good
The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. People were sleeping over 2 seats and others had to stand. Staff just said they can't do anything about it. Will never use them again

The bus seats are comfortable but too close to each other,it was hard to sit,knees were grinding to the front seat.

Hi there I travel at night so that I can sleep. The seating is very uncomfortable and too little leg room for tall people. I enjoyed the friendly efficient staff.
