The driver leave me with the difference of 2 mnts and i have to come on the next bus... It was so much stressful for me..
Overall experience was okay but I wish there was a way for them to inform us an update if the bus is early or late. Especially late.

There was a women on the bus yelling at my 13 yr old daughter because we weren’t there to pick her up because we were told the bus was going to be another half hour
Weather caused multiple delays. Staff especially our drivers were great! Only comment I’d make is need more communication about bus time delays, and maybe real time gps on the buses so office staff can provide passengers with current updated information, real-time. Text messages easier than email.
