I won't lie, I'm very disappointed by your service. If I had means I would have dropped off on my way, at 1st I was expecting the bus at 18:05 for it to arrive at 19:10, no apology no explanation from the drivers. We got to Mthatha at 15:20 instead of 09:45 because we had to stop inelastic London for what was not even discussed with the passengers, other people were rushing for funerals, I'm sure they ended up not even attending that
