The bus came an hour later,no communication nothing. We were changed to 3 buses. The first one was heating up, we couldn't bear the heat from our seats, the second one was slow. The reason it was slow it's because we were waiting a bus from eastern cape. The 3rd bus was so cold, we were freezing the entire journey from Beaufort west to tsomo. The power oulets where not even working, our loved ones couldn't reach us because the cellphones were off.Xa sise-fourty, they arranged taxis to take us to tsomo, the taxi drivers requested money from us off which it was confusing because the ticket was supposed to cover Cape Town to Tsomo. All in all I don't recommend this bus to anyone, as I would never travel with it never again.

The bus broke down on the road, we had to wait for another bus, the current bus is on and off. We still haven’t reached our destinations.

Worst experience I ever had. The bus was freezing cold and constantly asking for assistance with that with no assistance being given. Been told that it is like that and there’s nothing they can do about it. Apparently it was too warm on top as it was a double deck bus, while us who were downstairs were freezing cold
