Bus from Cape Town to Ngcobo: Tickets & Schedules

I've experienced a shock after cable explosion almost got burnt inside the bus because the fire started to appear at back inside the bus that made us to wait about 2 hours or more to get the problem fixed.

It was a nice journey, perfect service from your employees and also the bus is so comfortable.

The bus didn’t leave me at my destination which was at ENgcobo Town, I heard about the taxi strike happening there and I contacted the Intercape office because I wanted to cancel my trip they told me I shouldn’t worry the bus will reach my destination which did not, I had to pay more money because I had to ask for a lift from a Cofimvaba to eNgcobo and the drivers addressed the matter in a rude manner

The bus arrived very late to the pick up point hour late

Excellent service as usually

They weigh bags and when we have to pay there is no speed point I have to get cash When am looking for cash bus left me My question is why bus must leave me behind while they know I am trying to get cash What I suppose to do When I call the landline phone they didn't pick up

APM was on time and the journey was smooth but the chairs were very dirty and a bad smell in the chairs

The bus delayed with 5 hours it was suppose to leave at Cape Town at 12 but it only came at 17:30

The journey is terrible because I'm still on the way to Takarstad while i should've been in Ngcobo at 09:00. Left Cape Town today 01:30 but was supposed to have departed yesterday at 19:00 Never Again!!! Because we're now traveling with Noble's

It's was my first time to travel with what I noticed poor service because the bus was stuck

There’s nothing that I enjoyed, toilet was dirty. We also got Stucked for 6 hours waiting for another bus from Cape Town. The service was very very poor I’m disappointed.

Eagle liner is one of the best buses and the driver that was driving us from Cape Town to Eastern Cape is friendly and he knows how to communicate with people.

It's the fact that we had to seat in Bellvile for two hours if not more because they had to fix the bus .

It was good and chilled

Trip was horrible, the trip was for 16:45 but the bus arrived at 19:00 we waited a whole 3 hours at the bus station. Very unprofessional, there were people who had no seats. We almost fainted in the bus it didn’t have air conditioner it was very hot.

Although the bus was late, we notified, also the fact that u can reschedule your trip if you missed your bus was top class for me.

I enjoyed everything about them

Very bad, I didn't enjoy anything, book the bus and get the sprinter no one explain anythin to us, after all we've been dropped in Queenstown put by the taxi, still no explanation, very disappointed,, I will never even recommend to anyone, on top of that we've been charged our luggage less than 25kg more than R100

Bus was disappointing because I wasn't expecting the sprinter Vans, but the driver was good 😊 that's what makes the journey good
