Bus Tickets from Cape Town to East London

I enjoyed absolutely nothing. The seats so uncomfortable I wish I could just boarded a mini bus taxi as the experience is the same.

The return bus from East London seats we too small and too many stops at times unnecessary so.

I did not enjoy it charging ports where not working and we reached out destination later than expected

Sits of the bus are too small and there's no space in front of the chairs to relax your feet. And the bus was late we were not notified.

Overall journey was good but departure was an hour delayed from projected time of 19:00

It was my first time with Big sky but they exceeded my expectations, the bus was comfortable and clean, drivers were exceptional and professional...I had a smooth ride 👏👏👏Keep it up

The sits are uncomfortable and the charging slots were not working plus there were no toilets.

My experience was very bad, the bus was too hot we asked for aircon and we were ignored by the driver, but they know the bus doesn't even have open windows. And other thing we couldn't charge our phones, when we asked the driver to switch on the charging pot, they ignored us.

I enjoyed their driving very well, but they kept on switching on & off the cable charger .

The bus was late for two hours. No communication was sent to me with this information. The bu eventually came and picked us up. When we we near George we were forced to change the bus and wait for another bus that came after a long time of waiting. I am still traveling currently, I left Cape Town at 09:00 pm yesterday. This is the worst experience ever 😪

Worse experience ever. Bus arrived 3 hours late. No clear indication of when it will arrive when asking the staff. Staff very unfriendly. The rear window was broken with a plastic sail.

Bus was 6 hours late… There were people whose bus hadn’t come from the day before either. Driving on buses that are hired, not even company buses(blessing in disguise since nothing in their company bus ever works). They shouldn’t even be operating.

Mini Mobile was a no show. There was simply no bus service available, people waited through out the evening and no bus arrive. There was zero communication or an apology.
