Delay 1.5 hours.So I miss other bus
I purchased a trip from Chicago to London, with a brief stop in Detroit. We were late leaving Chicago and were stuck in traffic (as should be expected at rush hour). We got to Detroit over an hour late. Even when asked, the driver made no attempt to contact the station in Detroit to let them know that approximately 15 passengers coming from Chicago were meant to take the bus I was originally booked on (leaving Detroit at 1am, terminating in Toronto). The bus left (I assume mostly empty) before we arrived in Detroit. We were told we had to spend the night at the station in Detroit to wait for the next bus at 7:10am, with not so much as an apology. Ultimately, I arrived in London 6 hours late without any acknowledgement from the Greyhound staff.
